Last night, I attended a beautiful wedding. The ceremony was an intimate affair at Westgate Chapel, and the reception followed at Valleywood Golf Club with plentiful dancing, drinks, and fun to be had by all! Congratulations Brianne & Zach! :)

San Fran! :)
San Francisco-Bound! ♥
Three days after walking across the stage and getting my diploma from UT, I'll be taking off on a jet plane to this fabulous place. A special thanks to my wonderful boyfriend for this equally as wonderful gift :)
I've researched a few things I'd like to do:
1. Union Square - What fashionista doesn't have this place at the top of her
list of places to visit in San Fran?! Union Square is home to some of the
finest shopping, with places like Tiffany's, Saks Fifth, and Neiman Marcus.
2. Fisherman's Wharf - Plentiful shopping and seafood restaurants!
3. Wine tasting!!! - Self-explanatory!
4. Golden Gate Park - In reference to the picture posted above...
I can't wait to see the beauty of it in person!
5. Alcatraz - The eery island-turned tourist hot spot that once held
the nation's most dangerous fugitives! This will feed the little history bug in me ;)

Logo Creating
This week, using Aviary's Raven, I developed two different logo's that represent my blog :) It was a challenging experience given I have no previous skills in vectors, but I finished developing these two final pieces! My personal favorite is the martini glass and pearls :)

Text Art!
Using the GlassGiant.com, I transformed a picture of a crown into a pretty ACSII image!
Using Text-Image.com, I transformed a picture of two happily-in-love flamingo's into a more powerful ACSII image :)
Using Tagxedo.com, I assembled different words of love and the engine combined them all into a spelled out "LOVE" and created this lovely image for me :) It was cool to play around with different styles and sizes!
Using Textorizer 1, I transformed a picture of a book with pages shaped like a heart, and incorporated different words of love. It was easier to control what I wanted in this program with tools such as opacity, font, and size.
Textorizer 2, a more developed version of 1, allowed for me to create this image of wine being poured into a glass. I used different words for wine, such as white, red, merlot, chardonnay, etc. Then, I got to play around with the opacity, text size and font, line size, scale, and saturation.
With Excoffizer, I took a model with colorful make-up and created an image using different levels of opacity, angles, wiggles, and space between lines.

ART!
The two images above were made using the online program, Scribbler. I enjoyed using this site to play around with different 'scribble' tools and create fun pictures!
The two above pictures were created using, Scribbler Too. The difference between Scribbler and Scribbler Too is freedom to create what you want and play around with it. The first picture is a diamond that shines all around and the bottom picture is one created by uploading a picture of a pair of shoes and outlining them to give them a 'scribbled' pink effect.
The final two pictures were created using the program, Flame. The fire effect that it gives you is very cool to work with. The emotion I was shedding was happiness and excitement. The feeling I got after having such a close-to-summer day! :)

Video Mashup!
This is a video mashup I made featuring the movies, "Despicable Me" and "Space Jam." :) I imported the youtube videos into my computer, then downloaded and used Windows Movie Maker and a range of different transitional effects.
The meaning of the mashup is the girls being adopted by the monsters from space jam. Enjoy! :)

Face Swap!
Using Phoenix Image Editor on Aviary.com, I created this face swap of my boyfriend and I! My first layer was a picture I took of myself, and the second layer was a picture of him and I that I cropped to use his face. By image selecting and inverting, cropping and cutting, playing with the alpha (transparency between layers), then erasing and editing, I compiled the finished product - Ben's head on my body!
What a silly girl he makes ;)
